The AVIACOR Construction Corporation has been operating in the Samara market over more than 35 years. Initially, this entity performed the functions of the Kuibyshev Aviation Plant special-purpose division; since 1996, AVIACOR has been working as a self-sufficient enterprise. The company employs more than 1000 people (designers, engineers, high-class builders and finishers, real-estate developer and managers).

The total volume of commissioned residential as well as industrial and community premises floor space exceeds 1 mln sq m including such projects as the Aviation Town, the 16-th micro-district, the Hall Sunday Cathedral, schools, and kindergartens.

It has become a matter of tradition for the AVIACOR Construction Corporation to construct the urban micro-districts in an all-inclusive manner with developed infrastructure and well-organized territory (green plantations, playgrounds, lawns, pedestrian zones, parking lots, and underground garages).

Maintaining the leading positions in constructing social residential houses, the AVIACOR Construction Corporation implemented also a number of major shopping center and office building projects.

Annually, the Corporation puts into service about 100 thou sq m of living floor space; by 2010, it is planned to increase this indicator to 150 thou – 200 thou sq m.

The Corporation has got its own manufacturing complex, which enables full-scope construction works – from project development to putting facilities into service (production of metalware, window prefabricated elements, semi-finished workpieces for heating and water-supply systems, manufacturing of exterior insulant jackets “Sunenergy-Three”).

Analysis of the in-house and construction market demands resulted in taking decision as to construction of a reinforced-concrete goods fabrication plant. AVIACOR entered into a contract with the Finnish company ELEMATIC, which is one of the leading players in this branch. It is scheduled to put the first stage of the plant into operation mid 2008, and the second-stage facilities will start operating late 2008.
